refactor(agent-task): Oto Bootstrap 명령어 에이전트 레코드 아카이브로 이동
Agent register command 작업의 PLAN, CODE_REVIEW 문서를 agent-task/archive/2026/06/로 이동하고 complete.log를 추가한다.
