Edge Dockerfile에서 envsubst를 사용해 환경 변수를 템플릿에
대입한 후 설정 파일을 생성하도록 변경한다.

codex-exec 모드를 명시적으로 지정하기 위해 CLIProfileConf에
mode와 resume_args 필드를 추가한다. 기존 isCodexExecProfile()의
