* fixes unicode emoji not rendering jumbo
- replace inline emoji regex with npm emoji-regex library
- update notice.txt with emoji-regex license
- jumbo emoji issue automatically fixed with updated unicode emoji regex
* Add several tests specifically for 🤟 emoji.
