* Dispatch SELECT_CHANNEL_WITH_MEMBER

* Call handleSelectChannel with true when from any push notification

* Always dispatch SELECT_CHANNEL_WITH_MEMBER with passed channelId

* Add missing comma

* Update unit tests

* Fix makrChannelViewedAndRead call
