* Re-added ChannelDrawer.swiperIndex

* Changed ChannelPostTextbox to only require a single draft

* Re-enable InteractionManager on ChannelDrawer

* Fixed ChannelDrawer.joinChannel and removed duplicated code

* Moved getting device dimensions into render method

* Switched ChannelsList to be a PureComponent
