* Remove ability to edit town-square and hide post textbox

* Add placeholder to read only TS post textbox.

* Only run townHallFilter if ExperimentalHideReadOnlyTownSquare is true

* Fix eslint errors

* Refactor to use new read only channel selectors

* Change canEditChannel to check if channel is read only

* Fix rebase issues

* Fix lint errors.
