계획 상태 Milestone을 feature workspace로 준비하고, Epic 단위의 직접 작업·계획 작성·자가 검토·세분화·최종 검토를 이벤트 기반으로 연결한다. Codex, Claude, Gemini, Pi 원샷 실행과 중단 복구 상태를 공통 계약으로 관리한다.
