운영 표면과 거래 확장 phase를 완료 상태로 정리하고 ROADMAP에서 archive 경로로 이동되도록 반영한다.
또한 포트 슬롯 정책과 host publish 근거 문구를 README에 추가해 workspace 공통 대역 정합성을 문서화한다.
