a17bad1fd3 feat: agent-task-runtime-target-selector 완료 및 SDD/로드맵 동기화 
- dispatch.py: unknown isolation, selfcheck policy, admission quota, target cap 제거 로직 구현
- select_execution_target.py: 대상 선택器 개선
- test_dispatch.py: 전체 시나리오 테스트 대폭 추가/리팩토링
- test_select_execution_target.py: 신규 테스트 추가
- ROADMAP/PHASE/SDD 마일스톤 업데이트: unknown_isolation 완료, cli-agent-group-grade-routing 종료
- archive: 07~10번 subtask를 archive로 이동

8c5b01c893 refactor: repository readable restructuring - OpenAI tests, roadmap, and cleanup

89660dc1bd docs(roadmap): 완료 milestone을 archive로 반영한다 
브리지 선행 경계 및 Control Plane 운영 Phase의 완료 상태를 활성 로드맵에서 archive 기준으로 이관해 현재 로드맵 경로를 정리하고, 남은 POC Phase에서 다음 단계로 진행할 수 있도록 문서 상태를 일치시킨다.

워크스페이스 포트/환경 표준화 마일스톤이 완료되었으므로 브릿지 경계 하드닝의 상위 상태를 리뷰 단계로 전환하고, 완료 리뷰 근거를 증빙 로그 기반으로 정리해 다음 승인 흐름으로 넘기기 위해서이다.

c50c1df0b3 refactor(bridge): 터미널 경계 안정화를 반영한다 
원격 터미널 브리지 선행 작업을 위해 PTY session core를 node-owned terminal package로 분리하고, CLI persistent executor가 새 경계를 사용하도록 정리한다.

검증 루프 산출물과 roadmap 컨텍스트도 함께 반영해 완료 근거와 후속 포트 표준화 범위를 남긴다.
