agent-smoke local 테스트

읽기 조건

• lib/oto/agent/**, lib/cli/commands/command_agent.dart, 또는 assets/script/shell/oto_agent_bootstrap.sh 변경 검증이 필요한 경우

적용 범위

• OTO agent 등록/설정/CLI/bootstrap smoke 경로
• legacy iop smoke는 별도 iop 쪽 OTO 제거 작업의 검증 대상이며, 이 OTO 독립 마이그레이션 agent-smoke 필수 검증에서는 제외한다.

필수 검증

• agent 도메인 변경 후 dart analyze를 실행한다.
• agent 도메인 변경 후 agent 관련 dart test 명령을 실행한다.

• 전체 회귀가 필요한 경우 dart test를 실행한다.

판정 기준

• dart analyze가 issue 없이 종료한다.
• 지정한 dart test가 모두 통과한다.

• Dart SDK 또는 path dependency가 없어 dart pub get, dart analyze, dart test를 시작할 수 없는 경우
